Kintsugi Sangha
The Sangha meets in person and online live via Zoom from the Sanctuary at LCUUC. (To the right immediately after entering the main doors)
Sangha meetings are every Monday night that is not a national holiday.
Doors open at 6:00PM. We begin promptly at 6:30PM, ending at 8:30PM.
Some folks choose to stay a bit longer and enjoy casual conversation together.
Bring your curiosity or your deep practice, all are welcome regardless of tradition or experience.

Wednesday Noon meditations have resumed
The meditations start promptly at noon and lasat for 1 hour. There are two silent seated meditations plus a walking meditation.
Plan to arrive a bit early, leave your jacket and shoes in the lobby and enter the sanctuary in silence.
Meditation cushions are provided or you can sit in the front row of pews.

Forest Meditations are now offered
We meet on the third Saturday of the month rain or shine 9AM at the designated location
Each month a different location is selected suitable for a 20 minute self guided silent walking meditation.
We meet at the beginning of the walk, go our separate ways for ~20 minutes then briefly reconnect afterwards.
This is offered in the spirit of the Japanese Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing)
